Some negatives: Was surprised when we pulled into valet parking (which took quite some time to actually find) that there was no one to assist with luggage.
However, the in-room dining is very well-priced, has quick delivery, and excellent, extremely curteous staff.
It's unfortunate there is nothing nearby to grab a small meal or snack, as the area around the property is very questionable. It was an extremely busy night for the first night of our stay, and were having difficulty finding somewhere nice to go for dinner (both Roast and Irridenscence were sold out - I would highly recommend both) The concierge was completely useless for helping us book dinner - didn't offer any alternatives, or offer to call and book anything for us. The bathroom was spacious and had a separate shower stall which I love. The room was very large, the bed extremely comfortable and the bathroom was ideal.
